 Let's face it, there are issues with most houses, new or old, and at Okanagan Inspections we realize most things are fixable and aren't as scary as they may seem. Our job isn't to scare your clients with all the stuff we found, but to do a thorough and detailed inspection and inform them of what's significant and may need consideration prior to subject removal. The rest? Well... it's a "Honey Do" list for when they take possession.
