Radon is a colourless, odourless, naturally occurring gas that can seep into homes from the soil. Health Canada identifies long-term exposure to elevated radon levels as a leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Since you can't see or smell it, testing is the only way to know what's in your home.

How it works:

Our Radon Assessment is a four-day radon screening completed as part of a residential real-estate transaction, using professional equipment and following the applicable short-term real-estate transaction protocol. Closed-building conditions must be maintained throughout the testing period. Because radon levels vary seasonally, results reflect conditions during the test period.
