What's included:

Buying a condo comes with its own considerations, from in-unit systems to signs of moisture or maintenance issues that could point to bigger building-wide concerns. Our Condo Inspection covers everything within your unit, accessed through a thorough, systematic process.

Starting at $400 for a typical condo up to 1,500 sq ft. Larger units, multi-level condos, and units with additional mechanical systems may cost more. All prices are plus GST.

What we inspect:

• Kitchen and bathroom plumbing
• In-suite electrical outlets and panel, where present
• Heating and cooling systems
• Windows and doors
• Condition of walls, ceilings, and flooring
• Signs of water intrusion or ventilation issues
• Deferred maintenance worth flagging to the strata

Common areas may be observed for context, but the building exterior, roof, common mechanical systems, and other strata property are outside the scope of this inspection.
