Why these fees apply:

Certain property features and situations require additional time or add extra scope to an inspection, so they carry an added fee on top of the base inspection price. These charges apply in addition to the standard pricing shown above, plus GST.

Additional fees:

• Basement or secondary suite: +$50
• Carriage house or detached secondary dwelling: +$350
• Additional garage or carport: +$70
• Home built before 1975: +$75
• Travel outside standard service area: typically $50–$80

Payment & booking:
