Lets face it, there are issues with most houses new or old.  Being a contractor for 20+ years I realize most things are fixable and aren't as scary as they may seem.  My job isn't to scare your clients with all the stuff I found but to do a thorough and detailed inspection and inform them of what's significant and may need consideration prior to subject removal.  The rest well.... it's a "Honey Do" list for when they take possession.  I take time to understand both their concerns and yours and will do my best to steer you in the right direction.  Knowledgeable, Friendly & Approachable.  It's all about communication, relationships and respect, I look forward to earning yours!!
